Through this partnership and other historical Subaru Loves to Help efforts, Subaru and retailers like us will have supported over 1 million children and adults in urgent need nationwide.

At Subaru, we believe what we leave behind is a reflection of who we are. That's why Subaru and our retailers partner with the Arbor Day Foundation (TM) to provide and distribute 100,000 regionally appropriate trees across the country. We're proud to establish the largest corporate tree distribution ever. Through this and other Subaru Loves the Earth initiatives, Subaru and our retailers have helped distribute and plant over 1.1 million trees.

Health
Subaru believes we should all have a chance to lead a healthy life. That's why for the past 10 years, Subaru and its retailers like us have partnered with Blood Cancer United® and our local hospital or cancer treatment center to give warm blankets and encouraging messages of hope, written by our staff and customers to support patients facing cancer. Through our efforts during this decade-long partnership, we've supported nearly 500,000 cancer patients nationwide. Together, we are proud to be Blood Cancer United's largest automotive donor.
Subaru and its retailers, like us, are continuing our support of education and high-needs schools in our communities through Subaru Loves Learning(R) by providing teachers across the country with funding to purchase the school supplies and resources they know are needed to help students thrive in the classroom.

Subaru believes all pets deserve a loving home. That's why retailers like us partner with our local animal welfare organization every October to provide direct financial assistance through a grant distributed by the ASPCA® and host pet events to help animals find loving homes. Through our partnership with local and national organizations, Subaru has donated over $70 million, supporting the rescue, adoption, and health of over 700,000 animals. We're proud to be the largest corporate donor to the ASPCA.

The Subaru Share the Love ® Event
Subaru and its retailers believe in giving back to our communities. That's why for every new vehicle sold or leased during the Subaru Share the Love event, Subaru and its retailers, like us, makes a donation to national charities that our owners care about and to over 2,700 local charities where Subaru owners live and work.
Now, after 17 years, Subaru and our retailers have donated nearly $320 million to charity all to give back and to make the world a better place.

We were fortunate to once again support our local Middle School teachers! We were able to support 6 more teachers this year as they continue to teach the next generation. We are always so happy to be able to help in anyway we can. A special thank you for all teachers do!
Zappone Subaru Loves Ice Cream - Jessica R.
This summer we decided to give back to our local community with a sweet treat. We hosted a day of free ice cream at our local Stewart's! Just a day of good ice cream, good vides, and summer fun. It was wonderful to see the smiles on everyone's faces. We are so glad to be able to bring a little bit of ice cream joy to our community!

Imagine going without a coat, shoes, or even socks. For millions of children and adults experiencing homelessness and other urgent need situations across the country, even here in Norwich, this is a harsh reality. Helping others strengthens communities, which is why Zappone Subaru Norwich is partnering with Operation Warm®, a national nonprofit focused on connecting children with the resources they need to thrive. Through this partnership and other Subaru Loves to Help® efforts, Subaru and retailers like Zappone Subaru Norwich have helped nearly 900,000 children and adults in urgent need. On 02/11/2025, Zappone Subaru Norwich donated 120 coats to The Place - Norwich, NY. These essential items not only help keep children protected, warm, and dry, it can have a significant impact on a child's mental and emotional well-being.

We had the most wonderful experience today. A customer came in and provided us all with an impromptu music performance! All of us at Zappone Subaru were delighted that we could provide a space for him to share his musical talent with everyone. We were honored to be able to Share the Love with United Way of Mid Rural New York. This past event we were able to raise $10,965! The United Way works to improve the lives of everyone in the community by offering access to mental and physical healthcare, financial education, affordable housing, and so much more. Everyone at Zappone Subaru is glad we could help them to continue being a positive influence for our community!

We were thrilled to be able to give 100 trees away this year in celebration of Earth Day! The excitement and appreciation from the community members was amazing to see. We were able to give all 100 trees out to 100 different people. All of us at Zappone Subaru really enjoyed being able to do our part to care for our community and our planet!

This past February we were fortunate enough to be able to support our local daycare, The Place! We handed out coats to everyone that showed and loved seeing the smiles on all the kids faces. This year was extra special as we got to be apart of an informational fair as well. Can't wait till next year!

The Subaru Share the Love event took place from November 2023 through January 2024. Zappone Subaru was fortunate enough to be able to present the Chenango Health Network with $9000 check! This goes towards helping those in need within Chenango County, specifically helping cancer patients with their expenses and travel. Zappone Subaru loves to collaborate with such a helpful health group for locals in need. This event in particular stands out as one of Zappone Subaru’s favorite events because it brings everyone together to help support our local community so we can all share the love together!
